The guest for the event was Nancy Hayes, the new Dean of the business college of SFSU.<br /><br />She worked for IBM for more than 20 years, and then for two non profit companies for 5 years. She has had various management position and was more than willing to share her experience with the assistance.<br /><br />She made a strong point about leadership and management, and gave her 10 advices to succeed in a managerial position.
